Active Lifestyle Your Way

Being physically active does not mean you have to exaust yourself in a gym everyday, especially if you are not a gym person. I have found great tips from NHS choices website that I'd like to share.   • Pick activities you like and that fit easily into your daily routine.

  • Work out what time is best for you to exercise and stick to it.

  • Be active with friends and family to keep you motivated.
